Include Your Order Details
For an existing order, share the order number, checkout email address, and a short description of your question. Add the tracking number when it relates to delivery. Please keep full card numbers, card security codes, and banking passwords out of your message.
Request a Cancellation or Return
We can cancel an order before it ships; contact us before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Return and exchange requests must be emailed within 30 calendar days of delivery. After approval, we provide a prepaid label and confirm where to send the parcel. Wait for those instructions before mailing any products to our business address.
